How exactly does it work?
Our first product enables simulated fake calls to your family members with your own cloned voice with a purpose of extracting a small piece of information from them without family members knowing they were actually not talking to you but rather talking to an AI. This serves as a small wakeup call to demonstrate advanced AI scams that will become prevalent soon. The service provides educational materials and tips and tricks to avoid falling for scams post wakeup call.
This feels like a rather negative experience for my family, how should I think about this?
Fear of shocking your family a little too much is natural. We actually recommend letting them know in advance that a test scam call is coming but not revealing when exactly. In reality all of us can easily call our family and instruct them about upcoming AI scam calls, but most of us just don't get around to it. We solve this problem with a few minutes of your time and make sure your family members will remember the experience for a long time. The choice of how long they will remember will still be in your hands.
Why do you require a Google login?
Since we enable our users to make calls with fake voices then we need to make sure the service does not get abused for nefarious purposes. Part of the defense against such proxy attacks is basic authentication that requires more than just an email on a random domain.
Can I still use the service without a Google account?
We currently only support Google login, but if you’re curious when we enable more authentication methods, then just scroll to the email newsletter signup at the end of the page and sign up with your email to stay in loop with our new products and features.
Why should I trust you with my voice?
Our team has a track record in working for highly trusted consumer companies (Skype) and starting businesses in highly sensitive data privacy contexts (Supervaisor). Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit us in using the audio for any other purposes than advancing the safety of your family. We do not resell or use the audio samples for any other purpose.

What is the value of the service beyond the initial “wake up call”?
In 2024 the number of public deep fake voice tools grew to 350. The scammers update their approaches every day moving from basic sample playbacks to advanced dialogue and video call simulations. We keep up with these advances and make sure so does your family!
Is this even legal? What about GDPR and data protection rights in EU?
Yes. Our service is legal even in the strict sense of the European Data Protection Rules. We explicitly obtain consent from the data subject whose voice is being used to create a deep-fake voice simulation. We further limit the use of the cloned voice to only the context specified in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and further provide means to obtain consent of the data subject being called in contexts where the family members feel uneasy about relying solely on legitimate interest as the bases for protecting their family members from AI scams. We also take active measures against any potential misuse of our platform.
